WE ACCEPT ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  1. Order placed wrong styles, sizes…
  2. Orders entered incorrect personalization information (For products that allow personalization by the buyer)
  3. Enter the excess quantity on the order.
  4. Duplicate orders, or duplicate payment errors

Within 24 hours (from the time of the successful order on our store), you can request to cancel this order by email to [email protected] about the #order number need Cancellation: For example, #order is PVExxxx (XXXX: is the order number randomly generated from the Favoecom’s store and is on the recipient’s confirmation email when the order is successful)

Our Customer Care Department will receive the request and process the Cancellation and Refund for you within 24 hours of working after that.

CASES DON’T ACCEPT THE CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

  • Orders during production and packaging.
  • The order is in transit.
  • The buyer entered the wrong address, but did not confirm it with us immediately.

PLEASE NOTE: Within 24 hours, you can mail directly to [email protected] to adjust the recipient’s address. We will proceed to complete the order at the new address. After 24 hours from the time of the successful order, if the buyer does not email to correct the new address, the order will be produced and shipped to the customer at the address on the order, all disputes and complaints later. We will not be responsible for this.
