Our store currently serves customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

2. Use of the Website

Please use the Website in a lawful and respectful way. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, copy code or content without permission, or access systems without authorization. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity occurring under your account.

3. Products, Pricing, and Accuracy

We specialize in handcrafted wooden puzzles and design objects. We strive for absolute accuracy in our photos and descriptions; however, due to the nature of our products:

• Natural Materials Vary: Every piece of solid wood (Walnut, Acacia, Beech) has unique grain patterns and color variations. These are not defects but a hallmark of natural beauty.

• Handmade Nature: Minor size tolerances may occur due to the artisanal nature of our assembly and finishing processes.

• Screen Variations: Your screen settings may display colors slightly differently than they appear in person.

• Pricing: All prices are in USD. If an error is discovered (e.g., incorrect price), we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected orders with a full refund.

4. Ordering, Payment, and Cancellations

• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it once we send a shipping confirmation. We may decline orders for reasons such as unavailability or suspected fraud.

• Payment: We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We do not store full card numbers.

• Taxes & DDP: For our international customers (UK, EU, Canada, Australia), we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we cover import duties and VAT; the price at checkout is your final price.

• Cancellations: We offer a standardized 24-hour cancellation window for all orders (including custom-made items). Once the 24-hour window has passed or a tracking number has been issued, the order cannot be canceled and must be handled via our return process.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please review our Shipping Policy for detailed transit times. Because we focus on puzzles and small goods, we use standard parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL) rather than freight services.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the package to the address provided in your order.

• Inspection: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos so we can send a replacement.

6. Return and Refund

Our Return & Refund Policy provides full details, but the key points are:

• Window: You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all puzzle pieces included.

• Custom Items: Personalized/engraved items are non-returnable unless defective.

• Fees: We do not charge restocking fees, but return shipping costs for “change of mind” are the customer’s responsibility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—text, images, logos, and puzzle designs—belongs to Favoecom. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without written permission. If you share photos of our products on social media, we love to see them! By tagging us or sending us photos, you grant us a license to share those images in our marketing materials with credit to you.

8. Care, Safety, and Warranties

• Product Care: Wood is a living material. Do not expose your puzzles to standing water, high humidity, or direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause warping or cracking.

• Safety: Our puzzles may contain small parts. They are intended for adults and older children; please keep them away from small children and pets to avoid choking hazards.

• Warranty: We stand behind our craftsmanship. We offer a limited warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, wood movement, or damage from misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Favoecom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product involved.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the State of California, USA govern these Terms. If you reside in the UK, EU, or Australia, you also enjoy the protection of your local mandatory consumer laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. Using the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
