We handle the complexities of international logistics and customs so that you can focus on the joy of discovery, whether that is solving a complex wooden brain teaser or finding the perfect “Functional Art” piece for your study.
We take immense pride in our craftsmanship, and that care extends to our shipping department. Every item is treated as a masterpiece, packaged with precision to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, regardless of how many miles it travels.
1. Shipping Destinations & Comprehensive Rates
We provide premium international shipping to a curated list of regions. To provide you with clarity and peace of mind, we utilize a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means that all international taxes, VAT, and import duties are calculated and paid by Favoecom in advance. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—guaranteed.

2. Processing Time & Delivery Excellence
Our processing time reflects our commitment to quality. Unlike mass-market retailers, every Favoecom order undergoes a final human inspection before being sealed.

Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard wooden puzzles and design objects currently in stock are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Custom-Made & Personalized Orders: If you have requested a personalized engraving or a custom finish, our artisans require 5–7 business days to ensure the work meets our rigorous aesthetic and structural standards.

Transit Expectations: While we partner with top-tier carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL), please note that transit times are estimates. During peak seasons or global holidays, minor delays may occur. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your heirloom safely.
3. Packaging & Assembly
Every Favoecom product is a delicate balance of geometry and nature. To protect the intricate joinery of our puzzles, we utilize:

Custom-Fit Cushioning: We use high-density, protective materials to ensure no shifting or friction occurs during flight or ground transport.

Sustainable Materials: In alignment with our love for natural wood, we prioritize eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible.

Assembly Note: Our wooden puzzles are generally shipped fully assembled or in their intended “challenge” state. If a specific item requires minor assembly, a clear, illustrated guide and any necessary tools will be included in the box.
4. Order Tracking
Transparency is a cornerstone of our service. Once your order has been hand-inspected and handed over to our carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a unique Tracking Number.

5. Damaged or Lost Goods
We understand that international transit can be unpredictable. We stand behind our products until they are safely in your hands.

Damaged Items: If your item arrives with any structural damage or defects, please contact us at support@favoecom.com within 72 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of both the damaged product and the exterior packaging. We will ship a replacement or the necessary parts at zero cost to you.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 15 business days, please reach out to our team so we can initiate a formal investigation with the courier and ensure a resolution is reached.
6. Order Cancellation
We work quickly to get your orders into production and shipping. If you need to change your mind, we offer a standard cancellation window:

All Orders: Whether your order is for a ready-to-ship item or a custom-made piece, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

Post-Window: After the 24-hour window has passed, material preparation or shipping logistics have already begun. Once a tracking number has been generated and the package has left our facility, the order can no longer be canceled. At this point, the standard return process applies.
7. Return & Refund
Your satisfaction is vital to us. If you find that a Favoecom product is not the right fit for your home:

You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

For “Change of Mind” returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our facility.
