At Favoecom, we understand that shipping handcrafted wooden tree-shaped bookcase requires both precision and care. Each of our products is made by hand, inspected in detail, and packed with the same attention that goes into its creation. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your order, along with the timelines, carriers, and costs involved.

Shipping Coverage

Favoecom currently ships to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Germany. We are continually expanding our global delivery network, but please note that at this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).

Our priority is to ensure that every Favoecom handcrafted tree-shaped bookcase arrives safely, securely, and in perfect condition, no matter how far it travels from our workshop in Bowie, Maryland.

Shipping Fees

Because our bookshelves are large, heavy, and built from solid hardwood, we apply a transparent flat-rate shipping fee of $150 per order. Customers who place orders totaling $1,800 or more receive free shipping worldwide. All applicable shipping costs are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase. We do not charge any hidden handling or processing fees.

Processing Time

Each order passes through a two-stage fulfillment process:

Stage 1: Processing & Packaging (1–2 business days)
Once your order is placed, our team inspects the selected bookshelf for quality assurance: checking for finish, structure, and surface smoothness. It is then carefully packed using reinforced cartons and protective framing. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time are processed the next business day.

Stage 2: Transit & Delivery (4–6 business days)
After packaging, your order is handed over to our trusted shipping carriers. Transit typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on your location. In most cases, customers within the continental U.S. can expect delivery within 1 week from the time of purchase.

Please note that unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, or carrier delays may extend delivery times. We do our best to keep you informed and assist with any updates along the way.

Each carrier is selected based on the destination, package size, and delivery speed. Our partnerships ensure safe handling, precise tracking, and smooth delivery across both domestic and international destinations.

Packaging & Handling

Every Favoecom handcrafted tree-shaped bookcase is packaged with multiple layers of protection to minimize any risk of damage during transport. Our packing process includes:

  • Double-walled, reinforced cartons for structural integrity.

  • Wooden framing or corner protectors for heavy units.

  • Internal padding and shock-absorbent materials to prevent impact damage.

Each product is partially assembled for safer shipping and easier handling. Inside every package, you’ll find a step-by-step assembly guide and all required hardware. Most customers can complete setup within 20–30 minutes. We take great pride in presentation. When you open your package, your bookshelf should arrive as beautifully as it left our hands.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order leaves our workshop, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • A tracking number, and

  • A direct tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system. If you do not receive your tracking email within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team via email support@favoecom.com so we can assist you promptly.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We take shipping safety seriously. However, if your Favoecom bookcase arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number,

  • Clear photos or videos of the damage (including packaging), and

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your claim and arrange either a free replacement or a full refund.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we coordinate directly with the carrier to locate your package. If a shipment cannot be located within 20 business days, we will immediately reship your order or issue a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing it. Because we begin packaging quickly, cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued, the order can no longer be canceled.
