At Favoecom, we handle the complexities of shipping so you can focus on building your home library or solving your next wooden challenge. From our facility, we ensure every item from the smallest puzzle piece to the largest bookshelf, is delivered safely and reliably.

1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly ship to:

• North America: United States, Canada.

• Europe: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Portugal, and other EU nations.

• Oceania: Australia.

Important for Bookcases: Due to size and weight, we cannot deliver Tree-Shaped Bookcases to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required.

2. Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Standard Puzzles and in-stock furniture ship within 1–2 business days.

• Custom-Made Orders: Personalized items require 5–7 business days for crafting and inspection before shipping.

3. Shipping Costs by Product Category

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and nature of the product you purchase.

A. Wooden Puzzles & Small Goods

Lightweight and shipped via standard carriers.

B. Tree-Shaped Bookcases (Heavy/Oversized)

These are large furniture items requiring specialized freight handling.

• Note on Mixed Orders: If your purchase includes both a puzzle and a bookcase, the furniture shipping rate ($150) will apply.

5. International Taxes, Duties, and Fees (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

We ensure a seamless delivery experience worldwide.

• Final Price: Favoecom ships under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms to all supported regions.

• No Extra Charges: The amount you pay at checkout is the final price. You will not be required to pay any import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon delivery. We handle all customs formalities and taxes.

6. Packaging & Assembly

• Puzzles: Shipped with protective cushioning to prevent piece shifting.

• Bookcases: Shipped flat-packed (disassembled) for maximum safety and cost efficiency.

  • Included: Clear instructions and all necessary tools and hardware.

7. Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

• Resolution: We will send replacement parts or a completely new item at no cost to you.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled for a full refund within 12 hours (for ready-to-ship) or 24 hours (for custom-made).

• After Shipping: Once the order has been processed and shipped (tracking number is active), it can no longer be canceled. At this point, it must be processed as a return.
