1. General Conditions for Acceptance of Returns
To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must:
- Be requested within the 30-day return period.
- Remain in its original condition—unused, unassembled (if applicable), undamaged, and free from scratches, stains, or signs of wear.
- Include all original parts, hardware, manuals, and packaging.
- Be accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without original, intact packaging.
- Clearance, Final Sale, or customized items.
2. Return Scenarios
A. Returns Due to HomeFavo’s Fault (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item)
We consider it our responsibility if you receive an item that is:
- Defective (manufacturing flaw, structural issues, missing critical parts).
- Damaged during shipping (broken components, major cracks, or scratches).
- Incorrect (wrong size, color, or model shipped).

B. General Returns (Change of Mind, Doesn’t Fit, No Longer Needed)
If the item is in perfect condition but you simply wish to return it:

3. Return Process (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Request a Return
- Email: support@homefavo.com within the 30-day window.
- Provide: Your order number and detailed reason for the return.
- For faulty/damaged items: Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue.
Step 2: Receive Instructions
- Our Customer Support team will reply within 1–2 business days.
- We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the necessary shipping instructions (including a prepaid label if the return is due to our fault).
Step 3: Pack & Return the Item
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all parts, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Ship to the address provided by our support team.
4. Money Back Guarantee
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after we receive and confirm the item’s condition.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed.
5. Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
- Transit Time: 5–6 business days (depending on carrier and destination).
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same day.
