The Process: You will receive this email once your wooden puzzle or design object has been hand-inspected, oiled, and securely packed in our Maryland workshop. This ensures that the natural wood is in pristine condition before it begins its journey to you.
What to Expect

Ready-to-Ship Items: Since we maintain a physical inventory in our workshop, most tracking IDs for standard items are generated within 1–2 business days.

Custom-Made Orders: If you ordered a personalized or engraved item, please allow 5–7 business days for our artisans to craft and inspect your piece before the tracking ID is issued.

Carrier Updates: Once you receive your tracking number, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL) to scan the package and update the status on their website.

Missed Emails: If you haven’t received a ‘Shipping Confirmation’ email within the expected timeframe, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, as these automated emails can sometimes be filtered.
