Return & Refund Policy

At Favoecom, every handcrafted item—from our intricate wooden puzzles to our thoughtfully designed small goods—is created with care, precision, and deep respect for craftsmanship. We inspect every piece multiple times in our Maryland workshop before it travels to you. We maintain a transparent and fair return policy that strikes a balance between protecting our artisans’ work and ensuring your peace of mind.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its Original Condition:

Completeness: Puzzles must be complete with no missing pieces and housed in the original packaging.

Surface Condition: The wood must be free from scratches, cracks, stains, water damage, or any signs of misuse.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-Made / Personalized Orders: Items that have been engraved or customized specifically for you cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Used Items: Items showing obvious signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling.

3. Return Scenarios
A. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item (Our Responsibility)
Favoecom takes full responsibility for any errors on our part. If your order arrives with a structural flaw or is the incorrect item:

Action: Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Resolution: We will cover all costs. You will receive a Prepaid Return Label.

Your Choice: You may opt for a Full Refund (including original shipping) or a Free Replacement.
B. Change of Mind (Your Choice)
If the item is in perfect condition but you decide it does not suit your style or needs:

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.

Refund Amount: We will refund the Product Price only. The original shipping fee (e.g., $4.99 or the flat rate paid) is non-refundable, as this service has already been rendered by the carrier.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking fees, provided the item is returned in its original, sellable condition.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: Email support@favoecom.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

Pack It Securely: Repack the item with care. Crucial: If a product is returned with inadequate packaging and arrives damaged at our workshop, we may deduct the repair costs from your final refund.

Ship It: Send the package back using a trackable method.
5. Refund Timeline
Once your return reaches our facility:

Inspection: Our quality control team will inspect the product within 3 business days.

Processing: Upon approval, your refund is processed within 7 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).

Bank Processing: Please allow your financial institution an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds to your account.
6. Cancellation Policy
We work efficiently to get your orders into production and shipping. If you need to change your mind, we offer a standardized cancellation window:

All Orders: Whether your order is for a ready-to-ship puzzle or a custom-made piece, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order.

Late Cancellations: Once the 24-hour window has passed or a tracking number has been issued, the order is in the hands of the carrier and cannot be canceled. You will need to receive the package and follow our “Change of Mind” return process.
